2: JOB PURPOSE
This position will serve as a Technical Service Representative for the Air Purification Group, principally in China mainland territory. This position will support the technical service needs of new and existing customers. Principal areas of responsibility include:
directly responsible for writing technical service reports on the status of existing equipment, protecting MWV media positions within customer accounts, pre-monitoring (with coupons) new spaces in addition to on-going performance monitoring in existing rooms, recommending replacement equipment when required, and supporting sales efforts to grow the business;
Coordinate any "turn-key" projects with the customer and will also manage third party vendors in related events.
Staying aware of upcoming expansions or projects where MWV systems could be utilized to protect client spaces and equipment.
Coordination with local source.
This individual will also become fully trained in all products and services offered by the Air Purification Group.

4: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provides technical service supports to new and existing customers and establish industry network.
Management of customer test / service / application reports and archives.
Supervision over onsite projects installation and follow-up maintenance.
Coordinate / monitor local supplier / partners.
Train and qualify engineers in distribution channels.
5: SPECIAL SKILLS/SCOPE
3~5 year experience in at least one of the following fields, HVAC, Mechanic engineering, Operation automation. onsite project management, air filtration
Working experience related with Pulp and paper, Refineries and Metallurgy are preferred while not a must.
Good team work spirit and ownership.
Excellent user of AutoCAD;
Ownership, self motivated;
Fluent Mandarin and good communication with different customers and cultures in China.
Good English is preferred;
