Roles and Accountabilities（岗位职责）
The responsibility of the Corrosion Engineer is to control external corrosion for the long distance buried gas pipeline and jetty stakes, and to insure the cathodic protection system is always integrated and efficient
防腐工程师的职责是利用阴极保护、涂层等防腐蚀技术对公司的长输埋地管道、站场和阀室的埋地管道、码头钢桩进行外腐蚀控制，并确保阴极保护系统的完整性和有效性。
Principal Activities（主要工作）
? Responsible for external corrosion assessment for buried pipeline and jetty stakes.
开展公司的长输埋地管道、站场和阀室埋地管道、码头钢桩的外腐蚀检测工作。
? To manage the cathodic protection system, insure it works efficient.
管理阴极保护系统，使阴极保护系统有效运行。
? To carry out cahodic protection routine testing, monitoring and maintenance work.
负责阴极保护日常检测、监测和维护工作。
? To investigate and immigrate stray current interference for pipeline.
负责管道的杂散电流的检测和治理工作。
? To inspect and maintain the coating for buried pipeline and jetty stakes.
负责埋地管道、站场和阀室埋地管道、码头钢桩涂层的检测和维护工作。
? To investigate the pipeline corrosion, and to analyze the corrosion root cause, then take action for corrosion control.
开展腐蚀调查工作，进行腐蚀根源分析，提出腐蚀控制方案并采取腐蚀控制措施。
? To manage the cathodic protection routine work by DPMS and MAXIMO systems.
利用数字化管理系统（DPMS）和MAXIMO系统对阴极保护的日常工作进行管理。
? Audit the anti-corrosion statement complied by contractor, and supervise and control the quality of the anti-corrosion work
审核承包商防腐技术方案，监督防腐承包商的防腐工作，控制防腐质量。
? Complied, audit and update anti-corrosion procedures of GDLNG
编制、审核、更新公司内部防腐控制程序。
? Support other team for cathodic protection knowledge and techniques as required.
根据需要，协助其他团队，提供阴极保护技术支持。
? Perform and complete other assignments when necessary
根据需要，开展并完成其它工作
任职资格
Competencies and Experience（能力与经验）
? In depth knowledge in the use of Reliability Centered Maintenance and Failure Modes and Effects Analyses techniques
精通金属腐蚀原理，掌握防护阴极保护、涂层、缓蚀剂等防腐技术。
? Familiar with design and construction of cathodic protection and coating application techniques, and familiar with GB, ISO, NACE cathodic protection standards.
熟悉阴极保护、涂层技术的设计和施工，熟悉GB、ISO、NACE、等关于阴极保护方面的标准
? Familiar with petrochemical industry pipelines and equipment, familiar with corrosion resistance material and nondestructive testing (NDT)
了解石油化工行业的管道及设备，了解材料的耐蚀性能，了解无损检测（NDT）知识。
? Patient and attention to details
耐心且对细节具有良好的观察力
? Excellent team player and interpersonal communication skills
团队协作能力强和出色的沟通能力
? High level of individual initiative and personal efficiency

? Good English reading and writing capability

Work Experience & Educational Background 工作经验与教育背景
? University degree in corrosion and protection, material, chemical engineering or equivalent
