59K穿梭油轮的涂装即将开工,经船东、船厂及油漆供应商的各方商讨,达成如下共识:
On 29thJan. 2010, three parties attend the 2 * 59Kshuttle tanker of JL project meeting. The painting will soon starting, thefollowing issue was be discussed and agreed by all party.
一、 报验程序:Inspection procedure:
每道涂装工序由施工队自检互检后向船厂质控报验,合格后提交油漆供应商现场技术服务及船东代表同时查验。实际施工过程中,每道涂装工序要有计划报验申请单提前递交油漆供应商现场技术服务及船东代表。具体请参照涂装报验程序表。
Subcontractorshould have self-inspection first for all works and then submit to shipyard QC for re-inspection. Later inform owner representative and paint marker's CA forinspection after all of them are qualified. Shipyard will supply inspection application sheet to Owner and painting marker CA for all inspections inadvance. The details please refer to the painting inspection procedure specified.
二、 油漆产品说明书和安全数据表TDS & MSDS
在今后的涂装生产中,以此说明书作为重要的参考依据。
The paint application in the future, technical data sheet and MSDS as an important reference.
三、各主要部位的施工要求Painting procedure and requirement:
根据CS船厂实际生产惯例及油漆供应商产品性能,经三方共同商讨,请按照附件中“阶段工艺划分表”执行。
The coating sequent was discussed by three parties in accordance with shipyard’spractice and paint marker ’s product performance. Please see “The Procedure of Painting” as attachment:
1. 平底和直底Flat bottom and VerticalBottom
平底防污漆在分段阶段全部结束。直底防污漆在分段阶段只施工第一度,最后两度防污漆在船台下水前完成。
The anti-fouling paint of flat bottomshould be finished completely on block stage. Only applied 1stanti-fouling paint for vertical bottom on block stage, the 2nd and 3rdanti-fouling paint should be finished on slipway stage before launching.
2. 干舷Topside
干舷区域待合拢结束后、交船前,整体冲砂,然后按油漆配套进行施工。船厂须确保有足够的坞期、真空吸尘器以及晴朗的天气。火工处、合拢处等下水前车间底漆临时保护。
Topside should be full blasting after erection and prior to delivery, then the application according to painting specification. Yard should be guarantee that enough docking schedule,vacuum dust catcher and fine weather. Fire work and erection areas should be temporary protected by shopprimer before launch.
3. 露天甲板、艏楼甲板、艉楼甲板、上层建筑
Exposedeck、Forecastle deck、Poop deck、Deck House
露天甲板、艏楼甲板及艉楼甲板等在分段阶段只做一度底漆。上层建筑内外分段阶段做一度底漆或在合拢、校正之后考虑整体冲砂。
在码头阶段或交船前,在后续涂层复涂前,先对第一度防锈底漆采用动力工具重拉毛,并补喷一度底漆,然后按油漆配套进行施工。
Applied 1st primer coat for expose deck、forecastle deck、poop deck on block stage. Applied 1st primer coat inside and outside of deck house or full blasting after erection and outfitting in position.
On quay stage or before delivery, for expose deck etc. should be carry out by hard roughness with disk sander and spray one more the 1st primer coat before applied the subsequent coat.
4.原油舱 Crude Oil Tank
原油舱在分段阶段内底和斜坡只做第一度,其他区域二度全部施工完毕。合拢后整舱修补时,对内底和斜坡第一度漆采用动力工具重拉毛,并补喷一度底漆,然后按油漆配套进行施工。吸入井分段阶段二度全部施工结束。
Applied1st coat for tank top and slope areas, others area 2 coats should be applied inside crude oil tank on block stage. When repair whole tanker after erection, for tank top and slope areas should be carry out by hard roughness with disk sander and spray one more the 1st coat before applied the subsequent coat. All coat of Marathon to befinished for suction well on block stage.
6. 压载水舱 Water Ballast Tank(incl.bilge well in E/R & pump tank)
压载舱内两度漆在分段阶段全部施工结束. 所有水线以下压载舱需要在下水前完成修补工作且交验完毕,避免下水后舱内结露的风险。船厂表示如果下水前不能完成的舱室,将在下水后使用充足除湿机确保施工条件。压载舱试航后需开舱检验。
Twocoats should be finished on block stage. All water ballast tank below waterline should be finished repairing work before launching to avoid the risk ofcondensation inside. Shipyard promised that they will use enough dehumidify equipment to ensure the proper ambient condition which couldn’t be finish before launching. Furthermore, the water ballast tanks should be inspected after sea trail.
7. 淡水舱Freshwater tank
淡水舱合拢后整体冲砂达到Sa2.5级后,按照配套喷涂共300微米无溶剂环氧漆;整个舱室油漆完全固化、完检后,需要按照程序进行洗舱。淡水舱试航后需要开舱检验。
Fresh water tank has to full blasting to Sa2.5 after block assembly, and apply 300μm Solvent free epoxy as SPEC. Coating must be fully cured and final inspection prior to washing procedures, details according to Paint marker’s washing procedures. Furthermore, all fresh water tanks should be inspected after seatrail.
8. 膨胀水箱和蒸馏水舱Expansion Water tank & distill water tank
该部位按照淡水舱施工工艺来做。
The position should in accordance with the application procedure offresh water tank.
9. 机舱 Engine room
①、机舱内底至花钢板区域,分段阶段油漆施工结束。主机吊装前,此区域修补施工全部结束并完工。
For the tank top till loose floor of E/R, all coats should be finished on block stage. Prior to main engine installation, the repair job and final inspection should be finished.
②、所有做醇酸油漆的部位,分段阶段只施工一度醇酸底漆
Only applied 1st alkyd primer on all space where use alkyd paint on blockstage.
③、燃油舱和滑油舱,分段阶段进行扫砂处理和清洁,后续烧损打磨清洁。
For fuel oil tank and lubrication Oil tank, shipyard plan to sweep blasting and cleaning at block stage. For the burnt damage areas should be grinding and cleaning at quay stage.
10. 所有镀锌件遵照工艺要求施工
Theprocedure of application for galvanization should be in according to specification.
11. 试航前,除主甲板、艏艉甲板、上层建筑甲板、机舱甲板留一度面漆外,其他所有区域全部完工。
Allthe paint work final inspection should be finished before sea trialing except the top coat of exposed deck, main deck, forecastle deck, poop deck, accommodation deck and engine room deck.
12.对于浸水部位的盐分测试,油漆供应商提供测试报告。
Paint marker has to provide the salt test on immersion areas.
四.补充事宜Miscellaneous
在此会议中有遗漏和须修正的事项,将在随后实际的涂装施工过程中,由各方商讨解决。
Other issues not mention in the meeting willbe discussed by three parties friendly during production.
