施工要求:working requirement
1. 在开始打磨前,确认货舱地板及主甲板上的舾装件安装完毕。Before grinding, it is requested to confirm C/H floor and main deck outfitting finish installation.
2. 如果压载舱顶部由于舾装件原因,被烧坏达50%以上,建议ST3打磨后,顶部统拉毛以后施工。If for the reason of outfitting topside of ballast tank, burning damaged area was above 50% ,it is suggested to do ST3 grinding and power tooling for all the topside area before working.
3. 压载舱开始施工前,请确认该舱室周边结构及密性已交验完毕及批补磨工作已修整完毕。(生产处:重点关注并跟进) Before the working inside of ballast tank, please confirm that all the structure and tightness test surround the tank has been done and all the welding and grinding work had already finished. ( Production Department keep eyes on the tracing job)
4. 压载舱的二次打磨修补,最好在船坞内全部结束,并进行油漆完工交验或达到完工状态(特别是轻压载水线以下部位),以减少下水后外界环境条件对施工的影响。(生产处、涂装车间:重点关注并跟进)The 2nd grinding inside ballast tank is better to be finished in dock, and carry out final coating inspection or to meet final inspection condition(especially for the part below light-ballast water line) to reduce the influence of environment on working after launching. (production department, painting workshop keep eye on the tracing job)
5. 如果压载舱的打磨、完工交验安排在下水之后,请务必准备好足够的去湿机(底压载水舱 RH 60%以下),以防止舱内因外界温度变化而产生结露现象,从而影响施工进度及涂层质量。(生产处、涂装车间:重点关注并跟进) If the grinding job and final inspection carried out after launching, please ensure to arrange enough de-humidifier(bilge ballst tank RH below 60%) to avoid the different temperature inside and outside of tank causing liquefaction happens which would affect working process and coating layer quality. . (production department, painting workshop keep eye on the tracing job)
6. 压载舱舱内冲砂、打磨时,所有合拢缝、密性焊缝、新加加强板、火工烧损区域、机械碰坏部位和脚手支撑处等除锈至SA2 1/2级或ST3级,烧损涂层以及周边受热区域的油漆须彻底除去(出白加宽),并保证钢板表面有一定的粗糙度。分段阶段贴胶带处应将胶带残留物彻底清除干净。When the ballast tank carried out sand blasting and grinding work. All the erection joint、tightness welding seam, new-added reinforcement plate, fire working damaged area, mechanical damaged area and scaffolding support area etc., need remove the rust to SA2 1/2 or ST3. Burning damaged coating layer and its surrounding heating affected area’s painting need remove completely (appear white and expend its width), and ensure there are roughness on its surface of plate. The tap on the block stage need clean completely.
7. 出白钢板周围完好的油漆涂层表面应作拉毛处理,其宽度在100mm以上,同时应保证出白钢板边缘与周围完好涂层之间形成光顺的自然坡度,以便油漆漆的修补,并得到良好的外观。The white plate’s surrounding good coating layer surface should be carried out power tooling, and its width should be above 100mm. Meanwhile, the white plate edge formed good nature and smooth slope with the surround good coating layer.
8. 烧损及机械碰伤等原因造成的烧坏或松动油漆涂层需彻底清除并打磨至钢板,打磨处周边100mm作拉毛处理,并应保证涂层和钢板之间的自然过渡,并清除其他完好区域上的油污。The burning damaged or loosen coating layer caused by burning or mechanical damage etc., need completely remove and grinding to steel plate. The grinding surrounding 100mm area need carry out power tooling. Meanwhile, it is also required to ensure the coating layer and the steel plates have good nature transition and clean the oil on other good painting area.
9. 机械损伤未见钢板处,表面拉毛至底漆后,按照涂装工艺要求修补即可。 On the mechanical damaged area but not hurt the steel plate, it is only doing the power tooling on the surface and repair according to the painting workmanship.
10. 零星的点状碰坏和自由边的边缘损坏,建议使用手工砂皮纸磨。密集的点状碰坏和烫坏,建议采用打磨拉毛处理。 It is suggested to use sand-paper to grinding several touching damages and free edge damage. It is suggested to do power tooling for the intensive touching damages and heating damages.
11. 由于压载舱内“T”排较多,造成自由边容易碰坏,所以建议“T”排分布密集处的自由边打磨处理,“T”排疏散处的自由边可铲后磨砂皮,然后统一按照油漆配套修补油漆。Due to there are many “T area” and it is easily to cause touching damages. It is suggested to grinding the intensive T-area free edge. For the sporadic “T-area’s free edge, it could be chipping before using the sand-paper grinding.
12. 针对冲砂、打磨及拉毛区域周边用配套的溶剂彻底清除残留在表面的油污,其宽度在200mm以上。注意:溶剂清洁时仅仅清洁有油污的部位;清洁中使用的抹布应经常更换,尽量不使用纱布及棉纱。For the sand-blasting 、grinding and power tooling surrounding area, it is required to use the solvent to clean the oil remain on the surface and the width should be above 200mm. Be attention: the solvent only clean the oil area. The cleaning cloth should be change regularly and try your best not to use gauze and cotton yarn.
13. 压载舱内油漆修补喷涂前,整舱清洁,只对有油污的区域用配套溶剂进行擦拭;出于安全方面的考虑,不建议压载舱整舱擦拭溶剂。 Before repair spraying inside ballast tank, it needs to clean all the tank and only use solvent to clean the oil area. For the safety matter, it is not suggested to clean the entire tank by solvent.
14. 注意压载舱内的通风;通风管的放置应合理,不产生死角;油漆施工后,舱内应至少维持48小时以上的通风,加速油漆干燥。室外湿度大时,应暂停通风。Please pay attention to the ventilation inside of ballast tank. The ventilation pipe should be reasonable and cause the corner. After the painting work start, the inside tank at least should keep 48 hours ventilation accelerate the paint dry. When the outdoor humidity rise, it should be stop the ventilation.
15. 要求压载舱试航压水后,进行开舱检验(抽检,根据抽检情况决定是否全部开舱检验)。(生产处、涂装车间:重点关注并跟进)When ballast tank ballast water during the sea trial, it is required to open the tank to do the inspection(sample check, and decide whether doing the entire tank inspection according to the fact situation) (Production department and painting workshop should keep eyes on the tracing job)
16. 要求全船压载舱油漆完工必须在复涂间隔期内提交或达到完工状态。It is required to all the ballast tanks’ final painting must submit during the over-coating stage or meet the final coating condition.
17. 要求船厂在油漆完工报验时,在满足油漆施工的情况下,也能保持通风。 When carry out the final inspection, it is required to keep ventilation while also meet the painting working.
18. 针对特殊的、个别的压载舱,如果有必要根据该压载舱的具体情况,在满足强度、技术要求的前提下,在合适的区域开工艺孔,以便空气流通。 For some special ballast tank, if necessary , according to the ballast tank detail condition and Under the premise of meet strengthen and technology requirement, it is needed to open some holes in the suitable area for better air ventilation

19. 压载舱内涂装施工程序(特殊的要求再协商): Ballast tank (inside) coating work procedure (special situation need negotiation)
⑴ 表面处理认可后,修喷第一度底漆BANNOH 500 R/BROWN(可以在修喷之前对特定区域进行预涂);After confirm the surface, repairing spray 1st shop primer BANNOH 500 R/BROWN( It could carry out Strip coating on some special area before repairing spray)
⑵ 修喷完毕后,保证连续不断的、足够的通风(直到油漆完工提交结束)。待油漆干燥后,进入舱内进行清洁、修补施工; After repairing spray finish, ensure continuous, adequate ventilation (until the end of the paint finishing) After the paint dried, enter into the tank to do the cleaning and repairing job.
⑶ 修补完毕,具备报验条件后,提交报验――报验认可后,第一度涂层预涂BANNOH 500 GREY――…※※…. ――报验认可后,第二度涂层预涂BANNOH 500 R/BROWN; After repairing finish and meet the inspection standard, it could be applied inspection---after accept the inspection,the 1st stripe coating applied BANNOH 500 GREY――…※※…. ――after accept the inspection, the 2nd stripe coating applied BANNOH 500 R/BROWN;
⑷ 所有桔皮、流挂、颗粒、皱皮、 针孔、不成膜等影响外观的、凹坑处以及拉毛边缘区域先用砂皮纸砂透、砂平整,再进行补漆,保证外观平滑,美观――修补、清洁完毕,具备报验条件后,提交报验――报验认可后,第二底涂层BANNOH 500 GREY修喷; For all the surface defect such as sagging and porosity etc., which affect the surface beauty. The pit area and power tooling edge area need use sand-paper grinding well and then carry out touch up to ensure the surface smooth and beautiful. ---After repairing and cleaning job finish and meet the inspection requirement, it could be apply inspection-----After accept the inspection, use the 2nd stripe coatig BANNOH 500 GREY doing the repairing spray.
⑸ 待油漆干燥后,进入舱内进行修补施工,重点要求脚手以上、脚手架以下一并修补; After the paint dried, enter into the tank doing the repairing job. The key point is the area above and below scaffolding carried out repair job together.
⑹ 具备报验状态后,提交脚手架以上的报验,脚手以上认可后,脚手架拆除出舱(脚手架拆除时尽可能小心,轻拿轻放,减少涂层损坏); After it meet the inspection requirement, apply owner the inspection above the scaffolding. When it has accepted by owner, remove the scaffolding out of tank ( Please carefully remove the scaffolding to reduce the damages for coating layer)
⑺ 若压载舱有脚手架区域地板(不包括合拢缝),在脚手架以上完工认可并且拆除脚手架后,有针对性的进行统一拉毛处理并按配套修补底漆。 If the ballast tank has scaffolding area floor(not including the erection joint), after accept the final inspection above the scaffolding and remove the scaffolding ,it needs to do the unified power tooling and repair the shop primer according to the matching paint.
⑻ 具备报验状态后,进行整舱完工提交――整舱完工认可后,封舱。When meet the inspection standard, apply the entire tank final inspection. After accept the final inspection, closing the tank.
