Further to Pt82K Bulk carriers Painting Work Requirement and attention during dry dock andquay stage
本着精诚合作、携手共进的原则,各方各自阐述了自己的观点和看法,进行了友好的沟通,并探讨了具体的实施方案,经双方协商一致同意JM82K系列散货船船坞、码头阶段涂装具体施工要求及注意事项等按照以下方案执行:
In line with theprinciple of sincere cooperation and hand in hand improvement, each partiesexplained their own opinions, made friendly communication and discusseddetailed solution, both parties made an agreement about Pt JM82K Bulk carriersPainting Work Requirement and attention during dry dock and quay stage asfollow:
                                          
一、    准备工作 Preparation
1.    脚手架:Scaffolding
脚手架的搭置应保证施工和检验人员的安全,且易于施工,特别是船艏、船艉线形复杂的区域;The arrangementof scaffolding should ensure the safety of workers and inspectors, and easy forwork especially the fore and aft difficult shape area;
脚手管顶端与施工面之间确保约200mm的距离,以便于除锈和油漆施工,特殊情况除外;the scaffolding pipe exceptfor special situation should be kept 200mm distance away from working area inorder to be easy for remove rust and apply painting;
脚手架钢管应避免压在小平台或者T排上,不利于舱内油漆整体施工和修补;scaffolding pipeshould be avoided to cover the small platform or T-bar, it was not good forwhole painting applying and touch up inside of tank;
脚手架拆除时尽可能小心,轻拿轻放,减少涂层的二次损坏。It should be as far ashandled carefully when removing scaffolding, to reduce coating secondarydamage.
2.    前道工序的完整性: Integrityof former working procedure (生产处:重点关注并跟进 Production Department: paymore attention and tracing
开始打磨前,请确认所有与施工部位有关的结构、火工作业、舾装件及管系等前道工序都已经施工完毕并交验合格。确保前道工序的完整性,避免再次烧损,不必要地影响产品质量和生产进度。Pleaseconfirm all former processes related to structure, fire workoutfitting,piping, etc. have been completed construction and inspection acceptable beforestarting grinding. Make sure integrity of formerworking procedure; avoid secondary damage and not necessary effect of productquality and production progress.
3.    外板保护:Side shell protection
外板涂装施工过程中,舷侧的流水孔用软木塞堵住,以防止有水流下,影响施工质量,如必须排水,请在软木塞上加导流管;或其他更有效的方法;During applyingpainting on side shell, drain hole on side should be plugged with cork in orderto avoid water flowing and affect working quality, if it is need draining,please add diversion pipe in cork or other more effective method.
出坞前确保流水孔按照工艺要求进行打磨并油漆;To ensure thedrain hole to be grinding and painting as per workmanship requirement beforelaunching.
出坞后,特别注意码头施工时的保护,避免外板涂层被污染。禁止从船上直接往码头上倒垃圾,禁止所有的舾装件使用绳索紧贴外板吊运到主甲板、油漆喷涂施工时油漆软管的保护等措施;After launching,especially pay attention to the protection of working in the quay and avoidside shell coating was contamination. It was not allowed throwing rubbishdirectly from board to quay, and using wire lifting outfitting touch sideshell, the protection measure of painting tube during painting spraying;
4.    为了避免面漆施工完毕后(在阳光的照射下),合拢缝、马板处、吊耳处及脚手支撑处等影响到整个外板的外观。确保上述提及的区域在打磨油漆前表面缺陷的修整,特别注意凹凸不平的区域。Makesure the surface of erection joint, back-strong area, lifting eye andscaffolding support area to be well repaired before grinding paintingespecially uneven area in order to avoid affecting appearance of whole sideshell after complete face painting.
(生产处:重点关注并跟进)
5.      确保所有施工区域必须有足够的照明(舱内为防爆照明),以便于施工和检查,尤其是船坞平船底。To ensure allworking area has enough illumination (it was anti-explosion illumination insideof tank) to easy for working and inspecting, especially flat bottom in drydock.

施工要求:Painting Requirement
1.                  所有合拢缝、火工烧损区域、机械碰坏部位、分段墩位处和脚手支撑处等打磨除锈至ST3,烧损涂层以及周边受热区域的油漆须彻底除去(出白加宽),并保证钢板表面有一定的粗糙度。分段阶段贴胶带处应将胶带残留物彻底清除干净。All erection seamburnt areamechanicaldamaged area, block support area and scaffolding support area, etc. to begrinding derusting to ST3, damaged coating and around heating area coating tobe completed removed ( to steel and breadth), and make sure steel surface hasproper roughness. Make well cleaning of tape area residue.
2.                  出白钢板周围完好的油漆涂层表面应作拉毛处理,其宽度在100mm以上,同时应保证出白钢板边缘与周围完好涂层之间形成光顺的自然坡度,以便油漆漆的修补,并得到良好的外观。  Surface of good coatingaround removed to steel area to be power tooling with breadth more than 100mm,meanwhile, make sure steel area edge to around good coating has smoothly natureslope in order to easy for painting touch up and have well appearance.
3.                  烧损及机械碰伤等原因造成的烧坏或松动油漆涂层需彻底清除并打磨至钢板,打磨处周边100mm作拉毛处理,并应保证涂层和钢板之间的自然过渡,并清除其他完好区域上的油污。Burnt and mechanical,etc. damaged area or loose coating to be completed removed and grinding tosteel, grinding around 100mm area to be power tooling, and ensure nature slopebetween coating and steeland remove oil contamination on other good coating area.
4.                  机械损伤未见钢板处表面拉毛至底漆后,按照涂装工艺要求修补即可。 Mechanicaldamage without seeing steel the surface to be powertooling to priming as per painting repairing workmanship.
5.                  表面不平整、附着垃圾较多的部位,建议在打磨的同时用动力工具处理,以减少外板统喷前的清洁工作。It is suggestedthat for the area which surface uneven, attached many rubbish to be grindingtogether with power tooling, in order to reduce cleaning job before side shellfull spray.
6.                  打磨结束后,用适当的溶剂彻底清除残留在表面的油污,其宽度在100mm以上。注意:溶剂清洁时仅仅清洁有油污的部位;清洁中使用的抹布应经常更换,尽量不使用纱布及棉纱。After grinding, usingproper solvent complete removing surface remaining oil contamination withbreadth more than 100mm. Note: cleaning with solvent only on the oilcontamination area during cleaning it should frequently change cloth, try utmost not touse gauze and cotton yarn.
7.                  针对分段阶段施工的底漆按照涂装工艺要求进行重拉毛处理,并修喷第一度底漆。Further topriming applying during block stage to be power tooling as per paintingworkmanship, and full spray 1st priming coating.
8.                  强烈要求对干舷顶部自由边边缘、缆桩及导缆桩靠近外板狭窄处打磨处理,并认真修补底漆,避免锈水流下影响施工和污染船壳表面。It is stronglyrequested that for freeboard top free edge area, bollard and bollard near toside shell narrow space to be repaired by grinding, and make carefully primingtouch up, to avoid rusty water flowing affect working and contaminated shellsurface.
9.                  要求干舷的最后一度面漆应在防污漆统喷前全部结束。It is requestedthat last one face coating of freeboard to be completed before anti foulingcoating spraying.
10.             要求聚胺脂面漆在大晴天统喷,尽量避免大风天气施工。 It isrequested that polyurethane finish to dofull spraying in good weather, and try not to working during strong wind.
11.             船名、港籍名、水尺字、IMO号、锚台外部及舷墙外部的施工需要特别注意涂层的附着力和外观。 Painting of shipname, port, loading marks IMO No, outside of anchor bolster and bulwark outside to be specialattention to coating adhesion and appearance.

2.        按照规格书、油漆明细表、涂装工艺要求及油漆商的推荐进行施工。Painting inaccordance with specification, painting scheme, painting workmanshiprequirement and maker recommendation.

四、  平底、直底(包括舭龙骨、高低位海底阀箱、舵叶和挂舵臂) horizontal bottom, vertical bottom(including bilge keel, high&low sea chest, rudder blade and rudder horn)

B表面状况特别差的区域,在检验确认后局部补喷一度面漆。
Notice B: For some extremely bad area, after inspectionconfirmation, it could be spray 1st coating for some area.

施工要求:Working requirement:
1.        表面处理及涂装施工等具体要求同干舷施工要求:No.01~No.07(同上) The surfacerepair job and coating job’s detail requirement is same as freeboard workingrequirement: No.01~No.07(as above)
2.        按照规格书、油漆明细表、涂装工艺要求及油漆商的推荐进行施工。 Shipyard carriedout work according to specification, paint detail sheet, paint workmanshiprequirement and paint maker’s recommendation.
3.         每度油漆修补前均应保证前道油漆涂层的表面清洁和平整光顺,并达到规定的膜厚要求。Before repairingevery coat, it is required to ensure the pre-coat’s surface cleaning and smooth,and to meet the film thickness requirement according to the regulation.
4.         底漆及中间漆修补时,需作边缘镶边处理。注意第一度、第二度底漆不可以做到封闭漆、防污漆上。 When repairing shop primer and middle partpainting, it need do the edge processing. Notice that: the 1st and 2nd primercould not carry out on the surface of closing paint and anti-fouling paint.
5.         防污漆修喷前对所修喷部位附近的涂层作清洁处理,要求清洁宽度为200mm。 Before apply the anti-fouling paint unified spray,it need clean all the surrounding coating layer, the cleaning width area is200mm.
6.         防污漆统喷前,对所有待喷涂表面作全面清洁处理。建议使用动力钢丝盘除去防污漆表面的灰尘和漆雾。对局部表面采用上述处理效果不佳时,建议采用手工砂纸砂磨。并使用配套溶剂去除表面油污。(由于面积较大,建议与合拢缝打磨同步进行。)Before applyingthe anti-fouling unified spray, it need clean all the surface and suggested touse the wire wheel brush to clean the dust and paint mist on the anti-foulingpaint. If for some are this method doesn’t work, it is suggested to use thesand-paper grinding and use the matching solvent to clean the surface oil.(Dueto the area is large, it is suggest to carry out grinding the erection joint atthe same time.)
7.         防污漆统喷时尽量避免大风天气。 When apply the anti-foulingpaint unified spray, it is needed to avoid the big wind weather.
8.         每道涂层施工前,需要预涂相应油漆,最后一度油漆统喷前不允许手工预涂,可以用喷涂法预涂。 Before applyevery coating layer, it needs to apply some matching stripe coat. The lastcoating layer is not allowed to apply stripe coat by hand before unified spray.It could use the method of unified spray to carry out stripe coating.
9.         在分段阶段,外壳朝天放置的分段,若防污漆表面有环氧漆雾或其他污染物,应将之除去。 On the blockstage, if the block’s shell facing the sky,and there are some epoxy paint mistor other contamination on the anti-fouling paint, it is required to removethem.
10.    平底区域及墩位处,如果有烧损、碰坏或未完工,必须移墩后按照涂装工艺要求施工。涉及到整船强度或其他危险因素等特殊情况,按照实际情况再协商确定。For the flatbottom area and stool area. if there are some burning damages, touching damagesand other un-finished item, it requires to move the stool and carry out workaccording to the painting workmanship. If it has something matter with thewhole vessels ‘strength or other dangerous item, it could carry out negotiationaccording to the fact.
11.    直底与平底分界线的划分,检验或施工人员正常站立在船坞内,一眼望去,视线能看到的均为直底(舭龙骨区域为特殊区域),看不到的区域均为平底。直底区域防污漆面漆尽量跃过直底,稍微压一点平底,确保外观统一、无色差。Forthe division of vertical bottom and flat bottom boundary, the inspection orconstruction personnel standing in the dock, look straightly, the part they cansee is vertical bottom part (bilge keel area is special area); the part they couldn’tsee is flat bottom area. The anti-fouling of vertical bottom area should beover the flat bottom   and cover the flatbottom a little bit, to ensure the appearance no color difference.
12.    防污漆统喷时,需要特别注意枪手的手势、喷漆的速度。确保防污漆之间压枪,避免漏喷。 When apply theanti-fouling paint unified spray. Pay attention to the worker’s gesture and thespeed they spray to avoid missing spray.
13.  提醒船厂特别注意防污漆的最小浸水时间,具体按照产品说明书。
CMP提供具体的最小浸水时间。We remindedshipyard pay attention to the anti-fouling paint’s minimum immersion time. Thedetail should be according to the product instruction. CMP should provide thedetail minimum immersion time.

五、压载舱 ballst tank
压载舱油漆配套: painting for ballast tank

施工要求:working requirement
1.     在开始打磨前,确认货舱地板及主甲板上的舾装件安装完毕。Before grinding, it is requested to confirm C/H floor and main deck outfitting finish installation.
2.     如果压载舱顶部由于舾装件原因,被烧坏达50%以上,建议ST3打磨后,顶部统拉毛以后施工。If for the reason of outfitting topside of ballast tank, burning damaged area was above 50% ,it is suggested to do ST3 grinding and power tooling for all the topside area before working.
3.    压载舱开始施工前,请确认该舱室周边结构及密性已交验完毕及批补磨工作已修整完毕。(生产处:重点关注并跟进) Before the working inside of ballast tank, please confirm that all the structure and tightness test surround the tank has been done and all the welding and grinding work had already finished. ( Production Department keep eyes on the tracing job)
4.    压载舱的二次打磨修补,最好在船坞内全部结束,并进行油漆完工交验或达到完工状态(特别是轻压载水线以下部位),以减少下水后外界环境条件对施工的影响。(生产处、涂装车间:重点关注并跟进)The 2nd grinding inside ballast tank is better to be finished in dock, and carry out final coating inspection or to meet final inspection condition(especially for the part below light-ballast water line) to reduce the influence of environment on working after launching. (production department, painting workshop keep eye on the tracing job)
5.     如果压载舱的打磨、完工交验安排在下水之后,请务必准备好足够的去湿机(底压载水舱 RH 60%以下),以防止舱内因外界温度变化而产生结露现象,从而影响施工进度及涂层质量。(生产处、涂装车间:重点关注并跟进) If the grinding job and final inspection carried out after launching,  please ensure to arrange enough de-humidifier(bilge ballst tank RH below 60%) to avoid the different temperature inside and outside of tank causing liquefaction happens which would affect working process and coating layer quality. . (production department, painting workshop keep eye on the tracing job)
6.     压载舱舱内冲砂、打磨时,所有合拢缝、密性焊缝、新加加强板、火工烧损区域、机械碰坏部位和脚手支撑处等除锈至SA2 1/2级或ST3级,烧损涂层以及周边受热区域的油漆须彻底除去(出白加宽),并保证钢板表面有一定的粗糙度。分段阶段贴胶带处应将胶带残留物彻底清除干净。When the ballast tank carried out sand blasting and grinding work. All the erection joint、tightness welding seam, new-added reinforcement plate, fire working damaged area, mechanical damaged area and scaffolding support area etc., need remove the rust to SA2 1/2 or ST3. Burning damaged coating layer and its surrounding heating affected area’s painting need remove completely (appear white and expend its width), and ensure there are roughness on its surface of plate. The tap on the block stage need clean completely.
7.     出白钢板周围完好的油漆涂层表面应作拉毛处理,其宽度在100mm以上,同时应保证出白钢板边缘与周围完好涂层之间形成光顺的自然坡度,以便油漆漆的修补,并得到良好的外观。The white plate’s surrounding good coating layer surface should be carried out power tooling, and its width should be above 100mm. Meanwhile, the white plate edge formed good nature and smooth slope with the surround good coating layer.
8.     烧损及机械碰伤等原因造成的烧坏或松动油漆涂层需彻底清除并打磨至钢板,打磨处周边100mm作拉毛处理,并应保证涂层和钢板之间的自然过渡,并清除其他完好区域上的油污。The burning damaged or loosen coating layer caused by burning or mechanical damage etc., need completely remove and grinding to steel plate. The grinding surrounding 100mm area need carry out power tooling. Meanwhile, it is also required to ensure the coating layer and the steel plates have good nature transition and clean the oil on other good painting area.
9.     机械损伤未见钢板处,表面拉毛至底漆后,按照涂装工艺要求修补即可。 On the mechanical damaged area but not hurt the steel plate, it is only doing the power tooling on the surface and repair according to the painting workmanship.
10.     零星的点状碰坏和自由边的边缘损坏,建议使用手工砂皮纸磨。密集的点状碰坏和烫坏,建议采用打磨拉毛处理。 It is suggested to use sand-paper to grinding several touching damages and free edge damage. It is suggested to do power tooling for the intensive touching damages and heating damages.
11.      由于压载舱内“T”排较多,造成自由边容易碰坏,所以建议“T”排分布密集处的自由边打磨处理,“T”排疏散处的自由边可铲后磨砂皮,然后统一按照油漆配套修补油漆。Due to there are many “T area” and it is easily to cause touching damages. It is suggested to grinding the intensive T-area free edge. For the sporadic “T-area’s free edge, it could be chipping before using the sand-paper grinding.
12.      针对冲砂、打磨及拉毛区域周边用配套的溶剂彻底清除残留在表面的油污,其宽度在200mm以上。注意:溶剂清洁时仅仅清洁有油污的部位;清洁中使用的抹布应经常更换,尽量不使用纱布及棉纱。For the sand-blasting 、grinding and power tooling surrounding area, it is required to use the solvent to clean the oil remain on the surface and the width should be above 200mm. Be attention: the solvent only clean the oil area. The cleaning cloth should be change regularly and try your best not to use gauze and cotton yarn.
13.     压载舱内油漆修补喷涂前,整舱清洁,只对有油污的区域用配套溶剂进行擦拭;出于安全方面的考虑,不建议压载舱整舱擦拭溶剂。 Before repair spraying inside ballast tank, it needs to clean all the tank and only use solvent to clean the oil area. For the safety matter, it is not suggested to clean the entire tank by solvent.
14.     注意压载舱内的通风;通风管的放置应合理,不产生死角;油漆施工后,舱内应至少维持48小时以上的通风,加速油漆干燥。室外湿度大时,应暂停通风。Please pay attention to the ventilation inside of ballast tank. The ventilation pipe should be reasonable and cause the corner. After the painting work start, the inside tank at least should keep 48 hours ventilation accelerate the paint dry.  When the outdoor humidity rise, it should be stop the ventilation.
15.     要求压载舱试航压水后,进行开舱检验(抽检,根据抽检情况决定是否全部开舱检验)。(生产处、涂装车间:重点关注并跟进)When ballast tank ballast water during the sea trial, it is required to open the tank to do the inspection(sample check, and decide whether doing the entire tank inspection according to the fact situation) (Production department and  painting workshop should keep eyes on the tracing job)
16.     要求全船压载舱油漆完工必须在复涂间隔期内提交或达到完工状态。It is required to all the ballast tanks’ final painting must submit during the over-coating stage or meet the final coating condition.
17.     要求船厂在油漆完工报验时,在满足油漆施工的情况下,也能保持通风。 When carry out the final inspection, it is required to keep ventilation while also meet the painting working.
18.     针对特殊的、个别的压载舱,如果有必要根据该压载舱的具体情况,在满足强度、技术要求的前提下,在合适的区域开工艺孔,以便空气流通。 For some special ballast tank, if necessary , according to the ballast tank detail condition and Under the premise of meet strengthen and technology requirement, it is needed to open some holes in the suitable area for better air ventilation
(生产处、涂装车间、技术处:重点关注并跟进)  (Production department and  painting workshop should keep eyes on the tracing job

19.     压载舱内涂装施工程序(特殊的要求再协商): Ballast tank (inside) coating work procedure (special situation need negotiation)
⑴     表面处理认可后,修喷第一度底漆BANNOH 500 R/BROWN(可以在修喷之前对特定区域进行预涂);After confirm the surface, repairing spray 1st shop primer BANNOH 500 R/BROWN( It could carry out Strip coating on some special area before repairing spray)
⑵    修喷完毕后,保证连续不断的、足够的通风(直到油漆完工提交结束)。待油漆干燥后,进入舱内进行清洁、修补施工; After repairing spray finish, ensure continuous, adequate ventilation (until the end of the paint finishing) After the paint dried, enter into the tank to do the cleaning and repairing job.

⑷    所有桔皮、流挂、颗粒、皱皮、    针孔、不成膜等影响外观的、凹坑处以及拉毛边缘区域先用砂皮纸砂透、砂平整,再进行补漆,保证外观平滑,美观――修补、清洁完毕,具备报验条件后,提交报验――报验认可后,第二底涂层BANNOH 500 GREY修喷;  For all the surface defect such as sagging and porosity etc., which affect the surface beauty. The pit area and power tooling edge area need use sand-paper grinding well and then carry out touch up to ensure the surface smooth and beautiful. ---After repairing and cleaning job finish and meet the inspection requirement, it could be apply inspection-----After accept the inspection, use the 2nd stripe coatig BANNOH 500 GREY doing the repairing spray.
⑸    待油漆干燥后,进入舱内进行修补施工,重点要求脚手以上、脚手架以下一并修补; After the paint dried, enter into the tank doing the repairing job. The key point is the area above and below scaffolding carried out repair job together.
⑹    具备报验状态后,提交脚手架以上的报验,脚手以上认可后,脚手架拆除出舱(脚手架拆除时尽可能小心,轻拿轻放,减少涂层损坏); After it meet the inspection requirement, apply owner the inspection above the scaffolding.  When it has accepted by owner, remove the scaffolding out of tank ( Please carefully remove the scaffolding to reduce the damages for coating layer)
⑺    若压载舱有脚手架区域地板(不包括合拢缝),在脚手架以上完工认可并且拆除脚手架后,有针对性的进行统一拉毛处理并按配套修补底漆。 If the ballast tank has scaffolding area floor(not including the erection joint), after accept the final inspection above the scaffolding and remove the scaffolding ,it needs to do the unified power tooling and repair the shop primer according to the matching paint.
⑻    具备报验状态后,进行整舱完工提交――整舱完工认可后,封舱。When meet the inspection standard, apply the entire tank final inspection. After accept the final inspection, closing the tank.

六、淡水舱、蒸馏水舱和锅炉水舱 F.W.TK, D.W.TK, Boiler water tank

施工要求:working requirement
1.    淡水舱在分段阶段只施工了一度EPICON T-500,因已经超最大复涂间隔,须彻底拉毛后修喷一度底漆,后续涂层再按工艺配套施工。 The fresh water tank only apply 1st EPICON T-500,due to it has exceeded the maximum recoat interval, it need power tooling completely before repairing spray 1st primer. The later coating layer applied need according to the matching workmanship.
1.    淡水舱内冲砂、打磨时,合拢缝、密性焊缝、新加加强板、火工烧损区域、机械碰坏部位和脚手支撑处等除锈至SA2 1/2级或ST3级,烧损涂层以及周边受热区域的油漆须彻底除去(出白加宽),并保证钢板表面有一定的粗糙度。分段阶段贴胶带处应将胶带残留物彻底清除干净。(生产处:重点关注并跟进)When the F.W. tank carried out sand blasting and grinding work, all the erection joint、tightness welding seam, new-added reinforcement plate, fire working damaged area, mechanical damaged area and scaffolding support area etc., need remove the rust to  SA2 1/2 or ST3. Burning damaged coating layer and its surrounding heating affected area’s painting need remove completely(appear white and expend its width), and ensure there are roughness on its surface of plate. The tap on the block stage need clean completely. (Production department and  painting workshop should keep eyes on the tracing job)
2.    淡水舱地板的第一度底漆修补完毕后,不再进行施工(地板靠近四周围壁焊缝100~200mm区域,按照要求和围壁一起施工);待脚手架拆除出舱后,再进行拉毛处理,修补见铁处,后续涂层然后按工艺配套施工。After F.W.TK ‘s floor 1st shop primer  repair finished. ( the floor near the surround bulkhead 100-200mm area, need carry out work together with surround bulkhead).After the scaffolding remove out of the tank, carry out power tooling, then repair to find the steel. The later coating layer should apply according to the matching workmanship.
3.    淡水舱油漆完工后,应进行淡水浸泡试验(试航前至少确保浸泡一次),最短持续时间为48H,然后排空再用淡水进行冲洗(浸水时间CMP需要提供)。After F.W.TK final inspection finish, it should carry out fresh water immersion test(at least once before sea trial), the minimum test time is 48 hours. Then empty the tank and flushing the whole tank by fresh water.(CMP  need provide the immersion time)
4.    淡水舱的最终完工在试航前交验结束,试航压水后须全部开舱检验。为去除淡水舱油漆施工之后残留的异味,应用淡水多次循环冲洗,以保证交船后船员正常使用。施工中如有问题,可向CMP现场技术服务代表咨询。The final inspection of F.W.TK should be finish before sea trial, and need open the entire tank for inspection after sea trial ballast water. In order to remove the bad paint smell remain in the F.W.TK, it is required to use the fresh water cycling wash several times which could meet the crew normal use.   If there are some problem during the working, it could be consulted the CMP technology service representative onsite.
5.    施工时,钢板温度应不低于 10°C (50°F) 且不超过 40°C (104°F)。在温度低于15°C (59°F)时,EPICON T-500在混合后和使用前应有一个15分钟的熟化期。具体见CMP的产品说明书。 During the working, the temperature on the steel plate should neither below 10°C (50°F) nor above 40°C (104°F). When the temperature below 15°C (59°F), EPICON T-500 need have 15mins maturation time after mixed and before using. For the details, please check CMP paint instruction.  
6.    淡水舱内施工需要持续不断的、充足的通风。F.W.TK (inside working) need ensure continuous, adequate ventilation.
7.    要求淡水舱完工时膜厚尽量控制在600μm以下,避免涂层因太厚而开裂。It is required that the F.W.TK painting film need control below 600μm to avoid the film too thick to crack.

施工要求:application request
1.    表面处理及涂装施工等具体要求同干舷施工要求:No.01~No.07(同上)及压载舱施工要求:No.06~No.13(同上)。
The request of Surface preparation and painting application is the same as freeboard request NO.01-NO.07 (see above) and ballast tank request NO.06-NO.13 (see above).
2.    按照规格书、油漆明细表、涂装工艺要求及油漆商的推荐进行施工。
Painting application must be followed the specification, painting schedule, painting procedure and maker’s recommendation.
3.    污水井吸口拆卸完毕后,再进行内部施工。完工认可后,方可安装吸口,注意保护涂层,避免再次被破坏。 (生产处:重点关注并跟进)
Inside painting application will be carried out after removed the suction of bilge well. After final inspection, install the suction, pay attention to the coating protection and avoid to be damaged again.(production department: focus and follow up )

八.机舱、舵机舱:engine room ,steering gear room

施工要求:application request
1.    机舱整体施工前,必须确保所有的油舱施工完毕并封舱。
Before integral construction of engine room, it must make sure the oil tank work finish and be closed.
2.    修补打磨结束后,必须整体进行清洁,以确保后续涂层正常有顺地施工。
   After repaired and grinding work, it must be integral clean, to make sure the following coating can be well done.
3.    机舱内所有管系、阀门、扶手栏杆、踏步等需要按照规范、规格书及相
   关工艺做标识,并由技术部门提供工艺给船东审核。
   All pipes, valves, handrails, steps in engine room should mark according to the standard, specification and relevant procedure; also the technical department should provide the procedure to owner for approval.
4.    不锈钢、铜阀等非铁质有色金属、电缆必须保护好,避免油漆漆雾。
   Non-ferrous metals such as steel less steel, brass valve and cable must be protected well, avoid spray dust.
5.    所有集油槽内按照涂装工艺要求做二度环氧。
   All oil trap must do 2°epoxy according to the painting specification.
6.    特别注意烟囱、机舱棚和排烟管等耐高温银粉漆的施工、修补。
    Pay more attention to the application and repairing of high temperature resistance silver paint on funnel, engine casing and fume exhaust tube.

施工要求:application request:
1.要求在甲板打磨过程中对主甲板相应区域的舾装件同时进行打磨。
During carried out grinding work on main deck must grind the outfitting in relevant area simultaneously.
2.主甲板相应区域的舾装件必须施工最后一度面漆前达到完工状态,以免交叉污染。
The outfitting in main deck relevant area must reach the final condition before last finish coating, for fear that the cross contamination.
3. 主甲板在试航前确保一度底漆修补完毕或必须保留一度面漆试航结束后统一喷涂。如果在试航前面漆已经施工完毕,生产处应该注意施工过程中的保护,避免被污染、碰坏。 无论如何,金陵船厂必须保证在命名、交船时主甲板的涂层完好无损,未被破坏和污染。
The main deck must make sure one primer coat finish before sea trail or keep one finish coat spray after sea trail. If the finish coat has been done before sea trail, the production department must pay more attention during construction, avoid contaminated or touched. In any case, Jinling shipyard must make sure the main deck coating well without any damage and contamination on naming and delivery.

十.     特别关注的事项:
Special attention items:
该船有个别分段由于船厂生产进度安排不合理、管理不到位,又疏于和船东交流不及时,而未能达到完工状态,则应在船坞或码头阶段跟踪处理,对其进行重拉毛处理,具体见NCR。
   The blocks which cannot reach the final condition due to the shipyard production schedule is unreasonable, management is no in place and exchanging with owner is not in time should be dealt with at dock or quay stage and carried out power tooling work, specific please see NCR.

十一.通则
General principle
1.    所有涂料的喷涂和预涂,底材表面温度必须大于露点3度,湿度低于85%的情况下施工(淡水舱另有特别要求)。
All the painting used in spray and stripe coating must meet the following condition: the surface temperature of substrate must be higher than the dew point 3 degrees and lower than the humidity 85%.
2.    根据油漆说明书中推荐的涂装设备和技术要求,充分搅拌均匀后进行施工。预涂与修补中使用的油漆桶,必须为干净的、指定的油漆桶。
Construction after full stirred the paint according to the painting equipment and technical requirement which recommended in painting specification. The paint bucket used in stripe coating and touch up must be clean and specified.
3.    需要特别注意固化剂配比的正确性、搅拌均匀、油漆用量的准备及分配(外板)等常规容易出错引起质量事故的细节。
Pay more attention to the ratio of curing agent: correctness, stir evenly, specific for the paint usage and distribution, if make mistakes will cause quality accident.
4.    针对底漆和面漆,确保漆膜厚度达到规定的膜厚要求,并避免流挂、针孔、叠痕(压枪)、桔皮等影响外观的缺陷。
Specific to the primer and finish coat, make sure the DFT reach the DFT requirement, avoid the sagging, pinhole, lamination and orange peel which affected appearance.
5.    分段上脚手架标识区域视实际情况按照涂装工艺要求进行打磨修补。
The grinding and touch up of scaffolding marking area on the block should follow the painting specification according to the real situation.
6.    打磨时,焊缝没有被破坏的,可保留焊缝上完好的涂层;如果焊缝被破坏,拉毛必须跃过焊缝100mm以上。
During grinding, if the welding seam is well protected from damage, the coating on the welding seam can be kept, on the contrary, the power tooling range must over the welding seam 100mm
7.    完好涂层表面存在明显锈渍、黑烟、黄烟、垃圾等外来杂质,或表面不平整及其他分段阶段遗漏的区域,建议在打磨的同时用动力工具处理,以保证整个外板、整舱修补后的完工交验。
If we found obvious rust, black smoke, yellow smoke, garbage and foreign materials, or the surface is unfairness or missing area on blocking stage , we suggest use the power tooling to deal with these, to make sure the final inspection of the whole shell .whole hold after touch up.
8.    所有部位在打磨之后新增加的烧坏、碰坏及其他不易被发现的暗伤,按涂装工艺要求打磨、修补油漆。新增加的烧坏、碰坏未经任何表面处理,直接或间接修补的,一经发现全部打磨出白重新修补油漆。
All the damage area found after grinding must do the grinding and touch up according to the painting specification. If we found the surface of added damage area touch up without any surface treatment must grind and touch up again.
9.    ※根据生产过程中实际存在的问题,再加上LR黄英胜涂装专家的强烈要求,压载舱内涂层尽量在最短的时间范围内复涂完毕,以确保涂层之间的附着力。无论如何,必须以严格遵守产品说明书中的最小与最大复涂间隔为前提条件。According to the subsistent problems in construction and LR painting specialist Huang Yingsheng’s strong request .the ballast tank coating must be finish the re-coating in short time ,to make sure the adhesion of each coating. In any case, must strictly follow the specification minimum /maximum re-coating interval as precondition.
a)    船体外壳、空舱、上层建筑、机舱及货舱等所有其他部位,同样需要注意每度涂层的最小、最大复涂间隔。
b)    Hull shell, void space, superstructure, engine room; cargo hold and so on should pay more attention to the minimum/maximum re-coating interval of every coating.  

在施工过程中,如遇上述未尽事宜,希望船东、LR、XX和JL船厂各方代表一起友好协商解决。谢谢合作!
