[求助] Testing for FRP

I could not find any better technology anywhere in the net, please hel me here in this matter.

Other than visual inspection, how to check the integrity of FRP tanks and piping,
1. which is in service? (and if underground?)
2. which is new?

Depending on my experience, visual inspection for FRP equipment is best and effective way to assure the equipment integrity, of course, it's better to do inspection by relative expertise.

normally, spark test is also a good method to evaluate the integrity, but if you do in service equipment inspection, you should note the spark test, i think visual inspection is the only way.

由于51fangfu更多是服务于国内的坛友，鉴于此，我还是用中文回答您吧。

1） 在网上去找FRP的测试方法，无论是GB，还是ASTM、EN、ISO等，应该都很多，量化检测的方法很多，也有一些诸如目视等的外观检测是没有成文的标准的；
2） 正像您所言，一旦FRP制品，如您说的地面以下的FRP管道，这些制品一旦做成之后再去检测，相当部分的性能检测是有一定难度的，如何去判定是否合格或者符合设计要求，目前国内GB的标准马上报到住房与城乡建设部审批，GB这份标准（《纤维增强塑料设备与管道工程技术规范》）其中的您所说的检测与质量判定章节（也就是本标准的第8章）是我主笔写的。
3）国外的情况：最新版的EN 13121在FRP设备方面的检测相对做得细化一些，可操作性强些；最新版的RTP-1在FRP设备方面写得也还可以；BS 7159尽管目前还是沿用1989年版本的，但在FRP管道方面的确算是描述得较为系统和合理的一份标准。
4） 当然还有其他的一些标准。如果您有兴趣，我们可以一起在这些方面深入探讨。我电脑里面应该是有几乎全世界主流标准里面关于任何复合材料、玻璃钢、防腐蚀方面，从原材料，到检测，到测试，到制作，到质量评判和验收每一个环节的标准。这也是我做技术十几年来积累的一笔财富。我喜欢去对比国内外标准中的不同点，相同点，所以这方面的确有点嗜好。

纯玻璃钢制品，采用电火花（spark test）检测的情况极少，有，但是极少！

因为涉及到国标的知识产权的问题，在没有正式出版前，我不方便把这份即将要实施的标准的里面有关质量检验章节详细文字全部放到论坛上来。

不过再过几个月应该就可以了。
到时我一条一条的条文进行说明解释，和大家探讨。如果发现有问题，在这份标准五年后（2020年左右）的修编时，就可以放进去。
