1.1 Objective目的：TCC将按照JGC的要求，在F1预制现场，对碳钢和白钢进行喷砂和刷漆工作。
TCC’s shall carry out stainless steel sweep blasting ，carbon steel blasting and spray painting at F1 field shop and subject for approval by JGC.
1.2 Reference document参考文献： 所有油漆工作都按照技术规范S-000-13A0-0001, rev51, Dep 30.48.31.-CSPC和油漆生产厂商提供技术建议执行。
All work requirement shall complied with S-000-13A0-0001, rev51, Dep 30.48.00.31.-CSPC and JGC HSE manual. Paint manufacturer shall provide technical advice to TCC for painting work.
2. Duty and responsibility责任与义务
2.1 Painting supervisor油漆施工员：油漆施工员应该负责从管道入场到出场的全过程，全面控制设备，安全和质量。同时应控制材料，确保管道的炉号和油漆的色号相匹配
The duties and responsibility of painting supervisor shall co-ordinate among piping contractors for incoming and outgoing of spools, overall control of equipments, HSE matter and quality work to be carry out. The duties and responsibility of painting supervisor shall be controlled material, ensured that material heat No in match with painting color codes.
All administration works shall be recorded at shop for future reference and submit an original copy of painting report to JGC
