职位描述:
- Manage painting process of industry equipment manufacturing cover powder painting and wet painting
- To draft and maintain rules, guideline and operating procedures associated with coatings
- Provide technical support for workshop/sales application team/customer/suppliers
- Leading a group of people including workshop operators to improve painting quality and efficiency regarding to chose proper material, work flow chart, FMEA, control plan and MI
- Painting process review with global company to meet with Global Donaldson Standard
- Driving continuous improvement of cost reduction, quality enhancements and process flow management of painting process
- Painting process control training of production team and QA inspectors
- Painting trouble shooting with plant, sales application team & customer
- University degree in chemistry engineering preferably in anti-rust/surface protection major
- 5+ years experience on managing painting operations and technology & 3+ years experience in equipment manufacturing industry painting or equivalent painting application industry
- Familiar with mechanical painting process, hand-on experience on workshop
- NACE level 2 and/or FROSIO Level 3 qualified
- Strong critical and analytical skills, able to operate well in situations where information may be unclear but sound decisions are required
- Good oral, written in English
- Strong training and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with contacts
