职位描述
Key Functions / Responsibilities:
* Overall planning of the painting and insulation work as well as coordination with other discipline work.
* Review and comment or approve the construction schedule and be responsibility making sure that the requirements schedule are met.
* Request the Painting and Insulation SUBCONTRACTOR to prepare detail work procedure and review and approve this p rocedure including any coordination with the Discipline Manager/Leader.
* Monitor and advise the Painting and Insulation SUBCONTRACTOR (s) on the control of his labour, and materials to ensure meeting the schedule.
* Confirm that work complies with Quality, Safety/Health and Environment requirements and work with the Painting
and Insulation SUBCONTRACTOR(s) to take corrective action in case of problems.
* Prepare daily and weekly progress construction report.
* Responsible for compiling all the testing records and inspection report.
* Witnessing field inspection and testing activities.
* Involved in punching activities and ensure closing up to meet scheduled.
Requirement:
* Undergone a specific training or courses is a must and preferable a diploma holder from higher learning institution.
* At least 5 working experience in heavy construction site particular in oil and gas, petrochemical and chemical industries.
* Good interpersonal and commutation skill.
* Familiar with local and international construction codes and standard.
