2.1 Painting supervisor油漆施工员：油漆施工员应该负责从管道入场到出场的全过程，全面控制设备，安全和质量。同时应控制材料，确保管道的炉号和油漆的色号相匹配
The duties and responsibility of painting supervisor shall co-ordinate among piping contractors for incoming and outgoing of spools, overall control of equipments, HSE matter and quality work to be carry out. The duties and responsibility of painting supervisor shall be controlled material, ensured that material heat No in match with painting color codes.
All administration works shall be recorded at shop for future reference and submit an original copy of painting report to JGC
为了以后承交原始数据的报告给JGC，所有的管理工作应该作记录，以待将来参考。
2.2 QC inspector质量检查员：质量检查员应该按照油漆施工规范，油漆生产厂商的检查员，承包商的质量检查员以及业主的要求，检查并确保表面处理的结果，正确的油漆类型和油漆厚度。
QC inspector shall check and ensure the surface preparation, correct type of paint and thickness meet painting specification before joint inspection is carried out with paint manufacture’s inspector, main contractor QC’s inspector and owner’s representative.
2.3 Painting Foreman 油漆施工班长：施工班长应该充分有效的安排工作给油漆工，确保工作能够及时完成。班长的责任是负责表面处理，油漆的正确配套，磨料和油漆厚度达到油漆规范要求。
Painting foreman shall provide proper supervision to painters and ensure job shall be done right at first time. The responsibilities of TCC foreman shall ensure that the surface preparation, correct type of paint, abrasives and thickness are used accordance to painting specification.
2.4 Painter油漆工：对白钢和碳钢的喷砂和喷漆，应该由经验丰富和技术老到的油漆工执行
Painter for blasting and spray painting of carbon steel and stainless materials shall equipped with good working experience and technical knowledge.
