Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide variety of junior level legal consultancy support activities for commercial affairs for all Hempel China legal entities, which require the handling of business-sensitive and confidential information, incld but not limited to commercial contract dispute, production liability, international trading and financial service, branding protection and external communication related legal affairs;
Assistant N.A GLC to develop presentations, agendas, correspondence and memoranda for a variety of internal and external executive populations and create executive level charts, reports, and correspondence using the Microsoft toolkit like PPT etc.;
Be able to draft, revise and translate common legal documents on a bilingual basis upon request by N.A GLC, partially responsible for the establishment of meeting and agenda priorities, travel schedules, costs reimbursement and staff meetings and events within a very dynamic and ever-changing environment for N.A GLC;
Review and respond to emails and phone calls from other key management personnel across HEMPEL North Asia and HEMPEL Group as required, using discretion and judgment in gathering information in a timely manner;
Interface with all functional managers of Hempel China Sales Segments, all administrative and judicial authorities across whole China, and external legal service agencies etc.;

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, major in law science, political science or administrative management is preferred;
2+ years of experience as Executive Assistant;
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation is preferred, excellent graduate also considerable;

Marketing Communication Specialist | Shanghai
Key Responsibilities:
Independent manage branding activities including Roadshow, exhibitions, seminars etc.; On-line / Off-line advertising or branding activities; New product launch activities; Customer events, etc.;
