Requirments
Bachelor Degree or above, major in Rubber or Macromolecule
With technical post of Senior Engineer
At least 8-year experience in rubber production or technology & quality management, and at least 5-year experience in chemical plant management.
Experience in new manufacture plant commissioning
Good knowledge of materials and products of rubber, adhesive and anticorrosion coating, and relevant equipments as well
Good at production planning
Fluent spoken English capability is required
Familiar with MS Office
Exploit spirit and independent working capability
Team player
Be able to work under pressure
Responsibilities
In charge of new plant commissioning and equipment transportation from Wuhan to Haining
Establishment of effective, safe, high quality, working standards and procedures.
Responsible for all daily operational issues: People, Production, Safety, Environment, quality, and etc.
Production planning;
Review manufacture feasibility for sales order on products
Internal audit in Production Dept.
Perform production test.
