atea Environmental Technology Pte Ltd. has signed a licensee agreement with FAB TECH to produce PSP ductwork under their license.
The territory under this agreement is basically Asia excluding Japan, Korea and Taiwan.
In 2009 a coating facility was established in our existing workshop in TaiRi close to Shanghai. Furthermore a local entity, called Sino Corrosion (SC) was incorporated to house the manufacturing and sales activities in and out of China.
The general manager of Sino Corrosion (GM) is mainly responsible for the sales and administrative activities with regards to the a.m. territory. The fabrication plant in TaiRi will be supervised by him/her. To fulfill this duty he/she gets the support of a plant manager and a local sales team. Furthermore he/she needs to determine ways to promote the product.
Besides the before mentioned team member, the general manager of SC will getting the support of:
1.Administration departments of the atea group
2.Sales channels within the atea group
3.atea's Financial Controller
4.atea's Operation manager on workshop issues
The main tasks for the GM are:
1.Supervision and active involvement in our sales activities
2.Supervision of workshop in TaiRi
3.Cost control in cooperation with Financial controller
4.Commercial responsibilities, budgeting, sales forecast
5.A monthly report to the directors and the Financial Controller until the 5th working day of the month, about the status quo
