职位描述
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
§ Provide advice and support to the Quality Manager for the development, implementation and approvals, CEP', ITP;s and Quality Deliverables For Surface Treatment and Coatings
§ Interact with other Managers and Engineers to implement and coordinate the all Surface Treatments and Coatings.
§ Regularly assess the effectiveness of the Construction Execution Plans and Inspection Test Plan and provide reports to management on quality performance and areas of improvement.
§ Review subcontractor/supplier quality Deliverables.
§ Compile and maintain quality records for entry in to MDR.
§ Liase with Client Inspection team obtain approvals for FIC's and ITP Sign off.
§ Carry out Inspection Testing requirements
§ Coordinate on site quality assurance and control activities.
§ Report on quality related matters to the Project Quality Manager.
§ Promote quality awareness with project personnel.
§ Provide Mentoring and Training to Coating Application Personnel to the requirements of the Project Specification
and Codes
COMPETENCIES
§ Understanding of quality management principles in the construction industry.
§ Hold current and maintain relevant technical qualifications
§ Ability to Interpret Relevant Codes and Specifications applicable Surface Treatments and Coating
§ Communicate clearly and concisely
§ Strong Computer skills EG Excel and Word applications
§ Competent user of in-house software, with working knowledge of wider applications
