职位描述
Responsibility:
- Acquire necessary manufacturing skills (incl. machine programming) for assigned product. Special emphasis on fixture design drawing, fixture making, machine programming, gauging etc. and product/process introduction.
- Bring new product from "drawing and specifications" to "first article inspection" and production (handover to manufacturing engineer). Responsible for successful qualification of new product and related processes.
- Come up with fixed / frozen process with a defined process capability, which is described in a "manufacturing brochure / manual".
- Define relevant quality inspection steps and implement them in "manufacturing brochure / manual".
- Cooperate with related departments to make sure qualified processes are reached within agreed budget and time schedule.
- Assist Manufacturing Engineer in solving operative problems during production.
- Promote innovative technology and methods to improve productivity and quality, and to reduce cost.
Qualification:
- University education in APS/HVOF coating, Heat treatment, mechanics or other related majors.
- At least 3-year experience in Coating manufacturing field.
- Well recognized certificate in CNC programming and maintenance.
- Knowledge about drawings.
- Knowledge about quality control of mechanical products.
- English communication ability during working and training conditions.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the metals industry or turbine industry.
- Experience in qualifying production processes according to customer requirements.
- Possibly experience in leading small engineering teams.
- Working experience with foreigners (US, Europe) is an advantage.
