Responsibility:
职责：
- To develop and implement manufacturing processes to coat Gas Turbine components with HVOF and APS coating systems.
- To develop and implement stable production of coatings for the GT Vanes and Blades.
- To create, develop and implement improvement processes to advance the manufacturing technology at the company.
- Develop, plan and implement thermal spray processes. Lead technology implementation measures.
- Develop and implement robust production processes relevant to manufacture Gas Turbine Blades and Vanes.
- Receive the appropriate releases from our customers reflecting our compliance to the quality requirements in terms of functionality, turn-around time, and cost.
- Communicate and co-ordinate the requirements for successful coatings between the three departments of PD, that is Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing as well as our customers.
- Plan the future requirements for consumables, fixtures and parts required for the annual program of deliveries.
- Train and mentor the team of coating specialists from all PD departments.
- Report to Management on a regular basis, the status of all coating programs.
- Initiate the offload programming tool for SGTP and manage the project under budget and schedule
- Meet the requirements of the current Qualification Plan for development and production of parts.
- Develop strategies and propose the programs targetting quality improvements(cost, turn-around time) for the manufacturing technology portfolio at SGTP
- Monitor and report on the technologies trend developments relevant to SGTP's product/process vase i.e.competitors, universities, other industries,…
Qualification:
任职资格：
- Experieneced in assigned production process
- Educated in mechanics or related subjects with university (or higher) degree
- Rich knowledge and experience in quality of mechanical product
- Familiar with the operation of state-of-the-art HVOF and APS equipment
- Experience in process simulation
- Experience in diagnostics of thermal spray processes
- English communication ability during working and training conditions
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control(SPC)
- Experienece in process development (DOE, Process Diagnosis, Process Analysis)
- Team working experience
- Experience with Thermal Spray equipment including characterization of coatings, knowledge in process development and monitoring
- Project Management, Planning conducting and configuring of R&D programs in a multi-discipline, multi-partner environment
- Coordination and communication skills, mentoring and coaching skills
- Working experience in intercultural environment
