preferred qualifications:
excellent communication skill with the ability to communicate fluently in english；〔both written and spoken 〕
marine background〔engineering degree or equal in experience） with at least three years of relevant working experience in shipbuilding or shipping；
familiarity with autocad systems and ms office.
