要求：至少8-10年oil&gas领域QAQC经验，NACE CIP Level 2，FROSIO NS476 Level 3 or SSPC PCI level2 for painting inspector，NACE level 2 for insulation inspector or NCTI
certified Thermal insulation inspector level II.
