4.3 Corrosion Protection, Insulation
4.3.1 Construction preparation
4.3.1.1 Building reasonable pre-fabrication fields and de-rusting, corrosion protection and insulation will proceed in separate sections to form a flow production.
4.3.1.2 Prepare construction schedule. Prepare manpower plan d material supply plan in accordance with control points and engineering task of each stage so that manpower and materials can be reasonably allocated.
4.3.1.3 Organize technical personnel to carefully review relative drawings and understand construction requirements, any problems discovered shall be consulted with design institute in timely manner to avoid leaving such problems till the construction is going on.
4.3.1.4 Prepare construction specifications with sound operability by stage, location or key points in accordance with engineering features. Technical meetings shall be held so that all personnel involved in the construction will understand the construction technique and technical requirements.
4.3.1.5 Prepare construction schedule as per construction requirements by Client. Prepare manpower plan d material supply plan in accordance with control points so that manpower and materials can be reasonably allocated..
4.3.1.6 Strengthen checking of “three certificates” and site random checking, stop any unqualified materials from entering the site.
4.3.1.7 Materials will be stored in an orderly fashion by category, specification and material quality, and shall be properly covered, supported and marked.
