职位描述：
Major Responsibilities:
- Material selection
- Failure analysis
- Corrosion analysis
- Material consultance within Mechanical Integrity program for chemical equipment
Requirements:
- B.S. degree or above in Material / Corrosion Engineering
- Specialized in Metallic Materials (experiences in the non-metallic would be a plus)
- About 5 years’ experience within the chemical or petrochemical industry dealing with topics like material selection, failure analysis (chemical, mechanical, corrosion damages; rotating as well as static equipment.), maintenance of pressure vessels, international/local codes, material specific fabrication / testing / specifications etc.
- A plus if: Experience in owner-based in-service inspection of pressure equipment as a 'service provider' of material specific knowledge to improve/keep high-level reliability of equipment.
- Good oral & written English.
- Willing to be transferred to Europe/US for training. Willing to have business trip or long-term assignment.
- Effective communication, organization and time management skills
- Highly self-motivated individual with ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
- Dedicated team player with good interpersonal skills, demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast paced environment
- Daily challenge to work in a cost-effective organized way, cover the interdisciplinary activities of all disciplines involved, serve all Bayer and some international sites, maintain proper records of all activities in a systematic comprehensive nature.
