Preferred qualifications
Excellent communication skill with the ability to communicate fluently in English(both written and spoken)
Marine background (engineering degree or equal in experience） with at least three years of Relevant working experience in shipbuilding or shipping；
Familiarity with Auto CAD systems and MS office
