[求助] 做完拉开发测附着力，11Mpa只是胶水脱落，不修补可以吗？

实验结果为11Mpa 胶水脱落，涂层无破坏，但是不太想修补。
不修补有两个原因：
1.项目比较急，想早点完工。
2.如果修补，怕修补的位置附着力变差，还不如不补。
各位的意见呢？

胶水脱落说明该区域的附着力一定大于11MP 需要不需要修补要看你做的是什么位置？具体有什么要求？

做完拉力试验，肯定要修补的，除非是没按照标准程序做实验。
在Dolly拉下之前，周围的漆膜已经切割到钢板了，怎么可能不做修补呢？

切周围漆膜的那个设备所用的Dolly中间是实心的，所以需要切割。
我这次用的设备所用的Dolly 中间有个空，就不需要切割了。
设备型号是Eclometer 108，版主你可以看一下，跟你用的那个是有区别的。

我用的跟你用的是一样的，实心的是支撑在外面，拉里面（NACE培训时用过），空心的是从里面顶出来的，有点像快速接头，现场大多用这种，Dolly四周都一样要切割，空心的还需要用小钻头将里面多余的胶钻出来。
仪器配套部件有个套筒一样，带锯齿的东西，就是切割Dolly外围油漆用的。

6.7 Scoring around the fixture violates the fundamental in
situ test criterion that an unaltered coating be tested. If scoring
around the test surface is employed, extreme care is required to
prevent micro-cracking in the coating, since such cracks may
cause reduced adhesion values. Scored samples constitute a
different test, and this procedure should be clearly reported
with the results. Scoring is only recommended for thicker-film
coatings, that is, thicknesses greater than 500 μm (20 mils),
reinforced coatings and elastomeric coatings. Scoring, if performed,
shall be done in a manner that ensures the cut is made
normal to the coating surface and in a manner that does not
twist or torque the test area and minimizes heat generated and
edge damage or microcracks to the coating and the substrate.
For thick coatings it is recommended to cool the coating and
substrate during the cutting process with water lubrication.

是的，我以为是跟设备有关呢，我这次用的设备箱子里没有那个套在DOLLY外边切割四周的东西，我就以为这个设备不用切割，呵呵。见笑了

不切割，测出来的值偏大奥，不切割可以不修补，切了肯定要修补的奥

Eclometer 108这个设备的工作性质也是切割来判断附着力的大小的？

那这么说 spec DFT 350 实际做了五六百的 切还是不切呢？也是用的ecometer108

拉拔试验的规则本来就是要将Dolly外围的油漆切割见铁，如Dolly内部有孔，同样需要钻到见铁，这样才能反映出真实的试验结果。

Procedure
1.    Remove all old paint from the dollies (using 500℃ heating tongs if available).
2.    Lightly abrade the dollies using a sandpaper grade 240-400.
3.    Lightly abrade painted surface with a sandpaper grade 240-400.
4.    Remove the abraded paint dust from the surface using a clean paper tissue.
5.    Mix the 2-pack solvent free epoxy glue in the correct ratio before applying a small amount onto the bottom of the dolly.
6.    Press the dollies to the surface, with a pressure so that some of the glue is squeezed out around the perimeter of the dolly.
7.    Use masking tape to hold down the dolly during glue drying.
8.    Wait for the glue to cure hard (12 to 24 hours depending on what type of glue).
9.    Before the pull-off test is carried out, cut around the perimeter of the dolly using a cutting device. Cut down to the substrate.
10.    Record the breaking strength in Mega-Pascal (Mpa).
11.Record the nature of failure for each pull-test by examining the bottom of the dolly and the paint surface. Express the results as per the percentage area for each (if more than one)site of fracture in the system. Use the following guide on the next slide.

我是按照ASTM D4541做的。
跟ISO还是有区别的。长见识了。
