职位描述
技术服务代表－集装箱涂料
职责:
针对已有集装箱客户方面：
* 完成集装箱工厂油漆施工现场技术服务与支持工作
* 现场进行协调工作，,解决现场技术问题和事故
* 做好与客户沟通、技术问题及事故的文档记录，及时将客户的意见反馈给公司
* 维持好现有客户的客户关系
针对集装箱新客户：
* 为客户或潜在客户服务，介绍新技术，解决现场问题，维护好客户关系
* 协助销售执行销售战略以在集装箱市场超额完成销售增长。
* 协助销售介绍新产品，设备或流程，以最大化产出和品质同时最小化成本，不合格品以及其他安全问题。
* 为内外部客户提供帮助和培训。
内部沟通方面：
* 与内部生产，实验室，销售，客户服务紧密沟通，提升内部团队价值
要求：
* 中专或以上学历
* 5年或以上相关现场技术服务的经验
* 全面的涂料方面的知识
* 具有良好的组织能力同时注重细节。流利中英文口语，熟悉电脑 Word 和 Excel
* 愿意长期驻外或频繁出差
* 具有良好职业道德品质，独立工作能力，拥有强烈希望成功的愿望
* 能够在期限紧迫压力下努力工作，能够同时解决多种要求。
* 有强烈的客户服务意识，有责任心，仔细，注重质量并且有团队精神
