职位描述
Goals/Mission:
- The Supplier Quality Inspector (SQI) shall supervise the suppliers for surface treatment of product commodities such as canopies, towers, castings, forgings for Wind Turbines.
Working Partners / Contacts:
- The SQI shall report to Supplier Quality Manager in Siemens Wind Power Asia Pacific, and functionally assist the quality functions in Shanghai. There will be a close cooperation with the procurement and engineering departments.
Tasks:
- The main functions are supervising the suppliers' running production. Checking certificates, painting processes: steel surface preparation before painting, spray metallizing, painting, in process inspection, shipment inspection, NCR case handling etc.
- Prepare accurate reports and upload to Workspace according to the demands described by the quality management at Siemens Wind Power.
- Quality and Technical follow-up at the suppliera and "root cause analysis", on components in Siemens wind turbines.
Knowledge/Languages:
- Surface treatment or material corrosion & protection, painting in construction steels.; preferred with FROSIO or NACE certificate.
- Good English skills, in writing and oral.
- Solid communication and team building skills.
- Web based communication system regarding qualification documentation (Share point)
- Non conforming reports (NCR)
- Bill of materials with link to updated specifications (SAP system)
Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical discipline , preferred in surface treatment or material corrosion & protection engineering.
- 3+ years of continuous practical experience in paint manufacturer, steel structure painting, and / or inspection.
- Familiar with surface treatment, material corrosion & protection process, equipment , technology.
- 3+ years experiences in painting.
