职位描述/要求：
ZJG Construction Insulation & Painting Supervisor
Reports to the ZJG Construction team leader.
Primary Purpose:
The primary responsibility of the incumbent is to manage site service contractors ensuring safe and quality work is delivered to our customers.
Primary responsibilities:
The range of services would typically include…..Insulation and painting supervision services.
Ø Work closely with the Construction team, Operations and maintenance teams as well as the site capital projects team to ensure the above services are delivered in a safe and reliable manner.
Ø Select and support prequalification of service providers & sub contractors.
Ø Utilize SAP to procure site services.
Ø Manage and monitor the quality of the site service providers.
Ø Witness and compile ITP (inspection test records) dossiers.
Ø *** specifications and standards are adhered to, no compromise.
Ø The contractor has the necessary PPE to complete the tasks
Ø Work discrepancies and identified and corrected quickly.
Ø Construction materials are properly controlled.
Ø Contractor equipment meets the expected site standards.
Ø Constructability reviews are performed before work is released to the contractors.
Ø Lead the construction safety program in relation to the above services
Ø Plan and schedule daily/weekly/monthly tasks, keep visible progress versus schedule.
Ø Monitoring the work area for housekeeping
Ø Manage the appropriate safe work permits
Ø Deliver required safety training.
Ø Site engineering-based work practices and equipment meet, as a minimum, local GB codes.
Ø Relevant Corporate and ZJG Site Safety Standards are followed.
Ø Safety incidents are reported immediately as defined within the site safety standards.
Ø Carry out management safety audits.
Ø Respond to external and internal audits as required and ensure follow-up corrective actions are completed by agreed dates
Ø Ensure appropriate procedures exist for the jobs to be done within the unit and that they are kept current.
Ø Participate & lead the development of risk assessments.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
EHSS
Contract service supervisor plays a very important role in the administration of safety program on construction site, whose responsibilities include:
Act as the competent person to issue work Permit and coordinate SWP;
Ensure work is preplanned with safety in the mind;
Monitoring working area for safety and housekeeping;
Develop appropriate safety permits, clearance and tagging requirements;
Ensure material safety data sheet is available for the material in use at the site;
Ensure field design take work safety into consideration;
Promote safety as No 1 priority and ensure safety is put before production.
Ensure site engineering-based activities are in line with ** standards and meet UK and HSE legislative requirements.
Ensure relevant Corporate and ZJG Site Safety Standards are followed.
Ensure any incidents are reported immediately as defined in the safety standards.
Carry out a management safety audit according to the published schedule.
Respond to external and internal audits as required and ensure follow-up corrective actions are completed by agreed dates.
Quality
Ensure the quality of the work is one of the major goals and objectives of the construction supervisor. To keep job quality at the highest possible level, the construction supervisor must ensure that:
*** specifications and standards are met, no compromise;
Work discrepancies are identified and corrected quickly;
Teamwork is maintained and developed;
Construction material are properly controlled;
Constructability reviews are performed before work and released for construction.
Creative and Activities
Create unified specifications/standards/procedures in field for all ZJG site work to provide safety requirements on construction/quality/safety concerns;
Review/Pre-approve/Expert approve PCR and relevant document on safety part ;
Provide troubleshooting support to Operation and Maintenance teams on defect and prevention;
Ensure self awareness of, competence in and compliance with current good construction practices, Corporate standards/Procedures/Systems, and National/International Legislation/Standards/Codes/Procedure.
Other Performance Standards
Set personal objectives by end of January each year.
Ensure relevant site policies are followed.
Hold regular department meetings (preferably once/month) to communicate Site and Corporate issues and review department progress, issues and concerns.
Promote a culture of environmental responsibility and waste minimization within the unit.
Ensure the relevant Site, Corporate and China environmental standards are properly understood and followed during construction activities.
Skills/Qualifications:
· 5 year construction experience on international projects
· Major in Mechanical engineering
· Experienced in construction supervision on painting and insulation
· Teamwork, self-motivated
English reading, writing ,speaking capacity
