Key Responsibilities
1. Overall lead the team to achieve annually goals.
2. Achieve production plan and ensure perfect quality.
3. Establish company development plan and implement it.
4. Issue and public all the working procedures. Drive all procedures will be implemented properly.
5. Organize department structure for better management.
6. Head count and overtime control.
7. Improve and focus on critical target (cost, quality, productivity and machine utilization).
8. To meet the delivery and provide high quality product as customer request.
9. Build up strong team-work spirit.
Requirements
1. Graduated from university or college
2. Be accomplished in paint and spray technic
3. Know painting line design and maintain
4. Know painting fixture and mask design
5. Good English communication skill
6. Manufacturing cost account ability
7. Lead and drive ability
