Working Place: Site of overseas/domestic project and office in Xinzhuang, Shanghai, P. R. China
Nationality: Not limited, Chinese and Malaysian are preferred
Requirements:
-30 years old or above
-Bachelor Degree or above, Industrial Anticorrosion Chemical Engineering, Polymer or Mechanical related Background
-At lease 5 years working experience in the field of anticorrosion project site management
-excellent coordination, negotiation and execution ability
-Proficient in the process of industrial anticorrosion, and having a good knowledge of rubber lining is preferred
-Strong leadership and multicultural background
-Team player
-Fluent spoken & written capability in both English and Mandarin
Responsibilities:
-Preparations for project (industrial anticorrosive project) in advance
-assistance in bidding and contract negotiation
-coordinating budget and quotation of construction
-taking charge of the whole construction management
-Working independently in monitoring the progress, expense, quality and security of the project
-Maintaining good relationship with owner or contractor, such as design institute and engineering company
-Continuously improve the customer satisfaction through the strategic and tactical methods.
-Implementation of disciplines
