虽然实行ＰＳＰＣ已经有一段时间了，但仍然有很多企业还未接触，而三方协议是开工前很重要的文件，在此发布一份，希望对还未接触的企业有所帮助

This quality control process provides standard inspection requirements including inspection items,
inspection scope and etc for the protective coatings of dedicated seawater ballast tanks arranged in all
types of ships above 500 tonnage and double-side skin spaces arranged in bulk carriers which are
above 150 meters in length to which the Performance Standard for Protective Coatings (PSPC) as
adopted by Resolution MSC 215(82) is applied.  
此质量控制流程是针对 500 总吨以上各类型船舶专用海水压载舱和 150 米以上散货轮的双舷侧处所
的保护涂层。为便于实施保护涂层性能标准（PSPC）提供了检验标准（含检验项目、测试范围等） ，其
中 PSPC是根据决议 MSC215（82）来执行的。
The process will be agreed by the coating inspector, having been recognized by shipowner, builder
and paint manufacturer as inspection standard on the ballast tanks. In addition, it will take effect as the
appendix of the “Tripartite agreement for paint for dedicated seawater ballast tanks in all type of ships
and double-side skin spaces of Bulk carrier”.
此流程将作为船东、船厂和油漆制造商三方认可的涂层检查员对上述范围内的压载水舱进行检验的依据
同时作为“针对所有船型专用压载水舱和散货船双舷侧处所涂装三方协议“附件而生效。
